VINYASA FLOW YOGA FOR ADULTS IN ENGLISH
Vinyasa is a style of yoga in which you move from one pose to another. This transition is synchronized with your breath. It gives you the feeling that your breath is moving your body. It gives stability and balance, great for stress reliese, gives endurance and strength.

As the classes are held in small groups, if you cannot attend the session despite the check-in, we ask you to cancel your appointment latest one day before. Otherwise the time will be deducted from your credit.
YIN YOGA/ YIN FLOW YOGA FOR ADULTS IN ENGLISH
While “yang” yoga targets on your muscles, yin yoga focuses your deep connective tissues, like joints, ligaments, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. Yin yoga works deeply into your body with passive, longer held poses. Mainly it works the lower part of body, like hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. The poses are held up for 3 to 5 minutes, sometimes longer.
When you are practicing yin yoga, you should find stillness on the postures. You want to push yourself to a point where you feel a deep sensation, a kind of “comfortable discomfort” that helps strech your fascia and ligaments. The breath gives you a great tool to focus on in the more difficult and uncomfortable postures. We use often deep breathing in yin yoga flow, which means your exhales twice as long as your inhales.
There are several physical and mental benefits of practicing yin yoga: reduces stress levels, calms and balances the body and mind, encourages deeper relaxation, increases flexibility and blood circulation, lengthens connective tissue, improves joint mobility.
MUM AND BABY YOGA IN ENGLISH
Why is mum and baby yoga good? (6 weeks- 3 years old)
Mum and baby yoga can give a strength to their relationship, they can understand more their children´s reaction, it can give a safety and a feedback about how their kids are improving, it´s a great possibility to spend some quality time together in the everyday life.
How does a mum and baby yoga lesson look like?
Warm up, baby massage with songs and rhymes (3 different kinds: dry, with oil or sensory massage), to make yoga with the babies with songs and rhymes, careful yoga for mums, movement development track, games for playing together

- 8 months (from when the kids start to move)- 2 years old with mums
- 2-3 years old with mums

As the classes are held in small groups, so if you still can’t attend the session despite the check-in, we ask that you cancel your appointment as soon as possible!
If you cancel 60 minutes before the start of the class, the time will be deducted from your pass!
PREGNANCY YOGA FLOW IN ENGLISH
Prenatal Yoga Flow is focused on stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. It can reduce stress and anxiety, endurance of muscles needed for childbirth, decrease lower back pain, headaches, shortness of breath, nausea. It can improve sleep. In a typical prenatal yoga class there are different asanas which developing strength, flexibility and your balance, there are gentle stretching, breathing techniques, intimate gymnastic, relaxation.
Before you begin a prenatal yoga program, make sure you have your doctor’s OK. It’s better if you start the pregnancy yoga after 12th weeks. You might not be able to do prenatal yoga if you are at increased risk of preterm labor or have certain medical conditions, such as heart disease or back problems.
